When to Book
Season on Estero Island runs December through April, and monthly rentals book well ahead.
- January–March — peak. Warm, dry, busiest. The Fort Myers Beach Market runs Friday and Saturday mornings.
- April, November, December — shoulder. Still warm, quieter, easier availability.
- May–October — off-season. Hot and humid, calm island, lowest rates. Hurricane season runs June through November.
Good to Know
A few things about the condo so there are no surprises at check-in.
- No carbon monoxide alarm — the unit is all-electric with no gas appliances. Smoke alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit are in the unit.
- No private entrance — you'll enter through the gated lobby and take the elevator to the sixth floor.
- Security cameras — in exterior hallways and on the grounds. None inside the unit.
