We stayed for just a long weekend (F-M), and were so pleased with all the nice details that were taken care of in advance.  Everything was comfortable and very clean.  The kitchen had everything we needed and the grill on the porch was another great option we took advantage of. It was a cool weekend, so we lit a fire in the fireplace and relaxed each night.  We like to hike and the location is about halfway between Black Rock Mountain and Tallulah Gorge which made it easy to visit both.  Looking forward to staying again in t he future!

Really enjoyed Salty Air. We usually stay a week when we come to Florida we stayed two days short of one but had plenty of trash bags and towels and paper towels. Which I don’t expect when I come to stay at all. I loved the fact that there were plenty of beach chairs, toys, and a wagon. There was plenty of sleeping space. Lauren was an amazing host! From the minute we booked, until we checked out, every moment of interaction was exceptional! Lauren provided suggestions for food that were top notch, Dixie’s, Doc Ford, The Bubble Room and many different activities to do. We elected to spend our time with no agenda. We relaxed by the pool and spent several hours walking the local beaches throughout the day from sunrise to sunset. It was so refreshing to be able to come home to a well appointed and serene environment that had everything we could need. The roomy, tastefully and peacefully decorated Condo, especially the screened balcony with views of the beautiful water and a dolphin sighting or two, created the perfect environment to soak in the salt water smells and sounds of relaxation. We had a great vacation here. The view was amazing and access to the beach and pool was perfect. The condo was comfortable with everything we needed to feel at home and enjoy the beach. We appreciated having plenty of dishwasher tabs, laundry tabs, soap, laundry bags and a few pantry essentials. We loved the house & the location, It is a short walk to the beach, I recommend this house to anyone wanting to be at "home" and at the same time be at the beach. We literallly went to the beach 3 times a day,  Early morning walking for exercise & shelling, Then went back around 11 to sun, read & chill out, Loved having the private pool at the house to cool off. And then back to the beach @ 7 pm to watch the most beautiful sunsets. The house had everything we needed and more. The host was very accomodating and excellent communication. The location of this place is perfect. Everything is within walking distance. Lauren reached out after booking to see if I had any questions about anything. I thought that was nice. We arrived in the area about an hour early, so I contacted her to see if we could check in early. She quickly replied that we could. She followed up after we arrived to see if we needed anything. The place was clean and updated. It was also well stocked with anything you might need. The location is great. You cross Estero Blvd and the beach is right there. Lauren's place was immaculate. we loved it. There are things there for a baby-stroller, high-chair, there are beach chairs, wagon, nearly anything you would need for a beach vacation is there. Our family (five of us, including two kids and grandparents) had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The place is beautifully decorated and felt like home right away. Having so many beach toys and equipment provided made our daily outings so easy and fun for the kids.While it’s about a 12-minute drive from the main tourist hubs and restaurants, the location offers a lovely, quiet stretch of beach that is far less crowded. Having a Publix just 5 minutes away made grocery runs a breeze, and we actually loved taking advantage of the well-equipped kitchen to cook. Fantastic cabin! Pictures don’t do justice on the size of the cabin, it is huge! So well stocked too. Also since we were traveling with a 2 year old, the downstairs playroom area was so great. Our son loved playing the couch that turns into a fort and loved playing with all the toys. Such an added bonus for families. And to make it even better there were pre installed baby gates to block the steps for us. Our son also loved the record player every morning for breakfast time. Clyde’s Cabin provided an excellent family getaway! It was super-clean and exactly as described. We brought a puzzle and games, but quickly realized we didn’t need to because the house was stocked. It was also great to have coffee and plenty of cookware to make our own meals. We hiked in nearby Black Rock Mountain park and grabbed lunch in Clayton, which had a great downtown area. We had a great stay here, we loved that it was a short walk to the beach. It was a peaceful walk, dog friendly, with a very cute coffee shop nearby. The pool was very nice too, my son was in it daily. The home is beautiful, very well stocked with everything we needed. The layout and decor was perfect with a beach vibe. Second floor is the main living area which is great so the beach/ pool mess doesn’t make it upstairs. Also thank you to the host for being so quick to reply when needed and ask about the stay. What a wonderful home we had such a good time and the grandkids really enjoyed the pool and kept them entertained. Everything we did was either walking distance or 30 minutes away. Our stay at Lauren's Clyde's Cabin was fantastic! The cabin we had reserved and paid for fell through on our way to Clayton due to water issues. There had been a leak and all water was shut off until further notice. We were literally in the car, more than half way there searching for another place and were lucky enough to find Clyde's Cabin. It was in a beautiful location and just perfect for three friends to have a great few days to rest, relax and shop!! We had an issue with the coffee maker and Lauren had a new one delivered to our door step the very next day. Crisis averted!! Lauren was extremely responsive to any questions and issues. I would highly recommend Clyde's Cabin to anyone. Everything you could possibly need is provided at the cabin. It is spotlessly clean and the beds are very comfortable. Clyde’s Cabin is a charming cabin looking up at Tiger Mountain. Nestled in the woods with a fire pit conversation spot out front, the cabin is spacious, clean, and attractively decorated. It easily accommodated our group of 6 adults and 2 dogs. Inactive elderly guests might find walking up the front steps a bit challenging, but the 80-year-old in our group was fine. Absolutely beautiful home (I’d say pictures actually don’t do it justice) so close to the beach! Lauren was a fantastic host, very communicative and accommodating! The house was extremely clean and they provided everything we needed from spices to beach items. We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach first thing in the morning and again for sunset every day of our stay. The screened in porch was also a favorite hangout spot for our whole family. This property was phenomenal - a retreat steps away from the beach! It has everything covered to spend the day on the sand: beach towels, chairs, umbrella, toys, etc. Inside was so comfy and just a happy place to be! The rooms were spacious , great linens, bathroom amenities covered too. The kitchen was stocked with items for quick cooking, plenty of supplies for bbq out back by the heated pool as well.We really enjoyed our getaway and can’t wait to get back! Lauren is an excellent host, and we loved the home! Everything was super-clean, and the house is not only a very quick walk to the beach, but is well laid-out and very comfortable for all, with a full kitchen upstairs, and a 2nd kitchenette on the first floor! Publix is a short drive (or Uber trip) away, and we were able to buy all of our breakfast and lunch items there. We just spent a lovely week at the Phoenix and it exceeded our expectations-it is described as retro but I would add it is upscale retro and gorgeously updated both in and outside. Loved the bright sunny rooms, comfy beds, and space to spread out. All the extra touches and amenities made for a wonderful stay. Beach towels, chairs and wagon, shower soaps and shampoos, hair dryers, kitchen tools and k-cups, and laundry supplies made things so easy. The beach was a short walk down the street. I almost don't want to leave a review because this property is so great, I want it to be my secret!!! :)  House - beautiful, the host has put a lot into the details, such has extra plugs for all our charging, lots of towels, comfortable furniture and all the kitchen tools we could have possibly needed.  You have a narrow view of the water from the front and it literally takes 4 min to get to the beach.  You are practically on the water.  The host provides almost anything you need for the beach as well as for the pool.  The pool area is very cute.  Seven of us sat comfortably around the pool area.  Local Area - we took a Lyft from the airport (at this house, you are so close to things you don't really need a car, and there are bikes to rent across the street), and it was only about 35 min.  As mentioned above, the beach is so close, and there are clearly marked access points all over the place.  The sand was soft and the resorts on the beach provide entertainment and easy places to grab a bite if you don't want to walk to the house.  The Times Square area is super close and we even took a 15 min walk to eat on the Bay side.Other logistics - There is a Publix about 2 miles down the road.  The first day I did Instacart and I was not impressed.  So the 2nd visit I took a Lyft.  It does take a while to get anywhere by car since there is only on main road. This house was in an amazing location in Fort Myers. So close to the beach. Very walkable to several restaurants, shopping, beaches, and so much more. Beautiful sunsets on the beach. For being in the heart of so much, the house was nice and quiet while inside which was so nice when relaxing and sleeping at night. The screened in patio on the canal was perfect for morning coffee. The house was super clean and very well stocked from everything in the kitchen, bathrooms, and even beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, and a wagon to take it all to the beach. This was the perfect space for our spring break with three adults and a 4 and 7 year old. Everybody had a comfortable place to sleep and the closeness to the beach was perfect while still being set back far enough to not hear any commotion from the main road! The beach access is literally straight down the street and it was only a two minute walk because the kids were slow! The beach itself was never crowded straight out from the access there was always a spot. And the amenities provided were perfect - plenty of great beach chairs, two easy to set up shade umbrellas, cooler, wagon, and sand toys. The kitchen had every utensil you could need as well as a lot of spices. The pool was the perfect size for our young kids. We loved staying at Island Time for both the location and the beautiful home! We unexpectedly loved the covered dining area/porch swing downstairs for escaping the warm Florida sun in the afternoons, along with playing Tiki Toss or bean bags with the kiddos. Lauren also went above and beyond by providing a pack n play for our toddler, which was so appreciated. Wonderful spring break at the Salty Air Retreat! Lauren was extremely helpful and accommodating. The location is perfect close to all of the Fort Myers Beach hotspots but far enough away so the beach area was never crowded. Accommodations were excellent. Beds super comfortable, great linens and towels, high quality fully stocked kitchen perfect for an evening of cooking in and all of the beach supplies you’d ever need! This property was exactly as described and perfect for families with a wide age range of children (ours are 2-10). The location is great for multiple <25 min trips to hikes and waterfalls and a short distance to downtown Clayton, which is very charming. The house was one of the cleanest we have been to, including the porches, which is saying something for a mountain home (not an insect or spider web to be found!). From us to our dog to our three children everyone had something they enjoyed and loved about the house and we had a wonderful short vacation! I care a lot about the vibe of my accommodations, and Lauren’s house was terrific! Well laid out, newly built or remodeled with remarkable taste, super clean….very, very comfortable. Kitchen/living room is a terrific gathering spot. And I loved the screened-in deck for reading. Just a couple of houses away from the hub of Ft. Myers Beach and the Gulf. My siblings and I stayed here the end of February 26. We found the place exactly what the listing provided and then some. We all had a great time! Ft. From start to finish everything at Lauren’s Island Time Too was PERFECT! Lauren was the best communicator of any AIRBNB host we’ve ever had. She phoned me directly soon after booking to let me know she was available to answer any questions we might have (which I did) before going and then while there, she responded immediately to the texts I sent to her. Her home was absolutely BEAUTIFUL and so clean!!! It was also stocked full of EVERYTHING we needed. So nice to not have to worry about packing towels. The extra parking pass came in handy when our sister and brother in law came to visit so they didn’t need to worry about Parking. And the two pool passes were wonderful to have as well. We had a great four days. Easy walk to the beach, easy walk to several restaurants, easy walk to Margaritaville. The house is super clean and there are lots of outdoor seating options if you just want to hang out. Absolutely beautiful space, even better in person. Unfortunately the weather was not great for our stay but having this beautiful space did make up for it. We didn’t get to use the pool but we did grill out and walk the beach. Everything you needed was provided from the kitchen and bathroom to beach accessories and cleaning.
