Villa Jean is conveniently located in central Cape Coral close to shopping and dining and just a short drive to Cape Harbor, Tarpon Point, downtown Cape Coral, Matlacha & Pine Island, and Fort Myers. Villa Jean features a modern beachy vibe throughout and can accommodate up to 7 guests with ample space for families or groups traveling together.

Bedrooms
Villa Jean has a king bed in the primary suite, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and a queen and single bed in the third bedroom to comfortably accommodate up to 7 guests.
Primary suite features a Smart TV, walk-in closet and private bathroom with walk-in shower and a desk space if you need space for work.
The second bathroom includes a shower with tub. High speed WiFi internet is provided and all of our TVs are Smart TVs.
In home washer and dryer are available for guest use.

With over 1,200 sq/ft of indoor living space, we've got room for your whole group. Our open concept kitchen, dining, and living area provides great space for together time.
Kitchen & Dining
The kitchen includes all you'll need to prepare meals for your group and opens onto our spacious living and dining areas.
The living room features a comfy couch and recliner as well as a Smart TV with streaming services for family movie nights. You'll also find an electric fireplace in the living room.
Our dining room comfortably seats up to 6 with nearby counter height bar stools for additional dining space.
